So glad you are here. I chose counseling so I could make an impact on other peoples lives. I specialize in working with ages 16 and up. I offer a non-judgmental space that allows clients to express themselves and be open in session. I previously started an an educator and high school counselor before branching off into private practice. I enjoy helping clients navigate challenges that arise in life, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationships. I use modalities such as CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Gottman Method, attachment theory. I also work with sexual issues in the areas of kink/bdsm, alternative lifestyles, LGBTQ+, non-monogamy.
